What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, proactive, and professional. The ideal Agent in Training will have :
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
High level of organization and time management
Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Interact with prospective clients to assess their insurance requirements and suggest appropriate coverage options.
Actively reach out to leads, effectively presenting insurance products and services.
Policy Presentations : Clarify policy specifics, coverage options, and benefits to clients, ensuring they fully comprehend their insurance selections.
Lead Management : Engage with leads through follow-ups, offering essential information and assisting them throughout the insurance purchasing journey.
Customer Follow-Up : Foster ongoing relationships with clients, addressing any queries or concerns, and providing continual support as required.
Requirements
As an Agent in Training, your core duties will include :
Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to overall agency growth
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
