Our menu is rooted in French tradition, featuring classics such as escargot, steak tartare, toast de foie, and moules frites. Each dish highlights simple techniques and respect for ingredients, resulting in food that is refined without being overcomplicated. The dining room reflects this same philosophy, offering genuine and polished hospitality where servers connect guests to the food, wine, and cocktail programs with warmth and knowledge. The wine program celebrates the traditions of France, from the bright minerality of Loire Valley whites to the depth and structure of Rhône reds. Every selection is chosen to complement our ingredient-driven menu and to reflect the same care, balance, and craft found in our kitchen. We are hiring Servers to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne as we introduce
Copain’s first full-service dining experience . In this role you will create warm and memorable moments by guiding guests through the menu, recommending thoughtful wine and beverage pairings, and delivering polished, attentive service that reflects the heart of Noble Food & Pursuits. This is an opportunity to be part of launching a new restaurant and shaping what full-service hospitality means for the Copain brand in a growing community. What You’ll Do
Provide genuine, attentive service that reflects Noble Food & Pursuits values Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings Recommend wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the dining experience Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring proper pacing and guest satisfaction Maintain your section throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the dining room Support teammates and complete tasks assigned by management to create a seamless guest experience What You’ll Bring
