Our menu is rooted in French tradition, featuring classics such as escargot, steak tartare, toast de foie, and moules frites. Each dish highlights simple techniques and respect for ingredients, resulting in food that is refined without being overcomplicated. The dining room reflects this same philosophy, offering genuine and polished hospitality where bartenders connect guests to the food, wine, and cocktail programs with warmth and knowledge. The beverage program celebrates the same craftsmanship found in the kitchen, featuring thoughtfully curated wines, classic and modern cocktails, and a selection of spirits chosen to complement Copain’s French-inspired menu. We are hiring Bartenders to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne as we introduce
Copain’s first full-service dining experience . In this role you will craft beverages with precision and pride, guide guests through our wine and cocktail offerings, and deliver polished, attentive service that reflects the heart of Noble Food & Pursuits. This is an opportunity to be part of launching a new restaurant and shaping what full-service hospitality means for the Copain brand in a growing community. What You’ll Do
Provide genuine, attentive service that reflects Noble Food & Pursuits values Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and precision Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence and enthusiasm Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service Collaborate with the service team to ensure proper pacing and a seamless guest experience Complete opening and closing duties and assist teammates as needed Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of service What You’ll Bring
Proven bartending experience in a polished, full-service dining environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused demeanor Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork under pressure A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
