$55,000‑$60,000 annually
The Operations Coordinator, Marketing plays a key role in supporting Kith’s marketing and editorial initiatives through operational excellence and cross‑departmental collaboration. This role ensures that all production samples are efficiently processed, organized, and tracked, and that all requests from the Marketing team are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Act as the operational link between Marketing, Editorial, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and marketing content.
Process TOP samples (Top of Production) received from manufacturers and coordinate their handoff to the Production team.
Perform daily operational checks.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for marketing and editorial samples.
Support the intake and tracking of requests from the Editorial and Marketing teams, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Uphold the organization and cleanliness of the Marketing Operations area, ensuring all the product is properly stored and labeled.
Assist with general operational tasks such as labeling, shipping, receiving, and documenting sample movements.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in operations, marketing support, or production coordination (fashion or retail experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working cross‑functionally.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
