Position Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and versatile Production Sr. Associate to join our Men’s team. This individual will ensure on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards by collaborating closely with design, product development, merchandising, vendors, and factories. The ideal candidate needs a strong understanding of the production lifecycle, excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Oversee the full production lifecycle for assigned vendors, monitor and track all purchase orders, production timelines, critical path milestones, ex‑factory dates, and deliverables to avoid delays; maintain up‑to‑date WIP reports for all styles to ensure proper timelines.
Escalate issues or risks proactively to appropriate internal cross‑functional teams.
Manage bulk fabric and trim submissions – track and review against approved SMS fabric and lab samples; evaluate color and handfeel dips, send approvals/feedback.
Work closely with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, 3rd‑party QC & Logistics to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
Communicate approvals, changes, and feedback to vendors.
Participate in fittings, pre‑production meetings, and seasonal reviews.
Review quality control inspections and work with vendors on corrective actions for bulk as needed.
Issue and update purchase orders in our ERP system to ensure data integrity.
Maintain accurate records of production status, vendor performance, and delivery schedules.
Analyze past production issues and implement process improvements.
Review and approve TOP (Top of Production) samples.
Support the onboarding of new vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred.
Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Prior Men’s Apparel experience is a plus.
Costing & negotiation experience is required.
Industry background knowledge.
Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems, data maintenance, and data entry.
Professional Characteristics

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation : $70,000‑$80,000 annually
