Job Description We are seeking a visionary and highly-skilled
Experiential Art Director
on behalf of our premier client—a global leader in the
financial services industry —to drive the creative execution of their high-profile, brand-defining technology events. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role for a seasoned creative producer who can translate complex tech and financial narratives into tangible, immersive, and unforgettable attendee experiences. You will own the visual storytelling and spatial design for both physical and virtual event environments, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence at all major tech-focused conferences, summits, and internal activations.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Leadership:
Develop and champion the
artistic vision and design strategy
for all assigned global tech-focused events and experiential marketing activations.
Translate brand guidelines, event themes, and key messaging into comprehensive
spatial designs, interactive installations, and visual communications.
Create and present compelling creative concepts, including
mood boards, storyboards, 2D layouts, and 3D renderings,
to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Design Execution & Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial concept through to on‑site installation, ensuring all visual elements are executed to the highest quality and align perfectly with brand standards.
Direct and collaborate with a team of designers, 3D renderers, fabricators, and production vendors to bring complex event designs to life.
Specify materials, finishes, lighting, digital displays, and interactive technologies to enhance the attendee journey and create maximum impact.
Collaboration & Project Management:
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure experiential designs meet strategic business objectives and drive desired audience engagement and lead generation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strict attention to detail, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of progressive experience
in an Art Director role with a significant focus on
Experiential Marketing and Live Event Design.
A standout
portfolio
demonstrating conceptual thinking and successful execution of large-scale, immersive experiences, ideally for tech, finance, or other sophisticated B2B brands.
Exceptional visual and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly and persuasively present creative ideas to non-designers and senior executives.
