About the Role Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced digital designer with 5-7 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual designs across all digital marketing channels. We are looking for a strong portfolio, exceptional aesthetic sensibilities, and a proven track record of creating engaging, on-brand digital assets that drive conversions and enhance prospect and customer experience. The ideal candidate has a background in enterprise SaaS or EdTech.
This is an important and highly visible role for a crucial team member, offering an excellent opportunity to drive real, immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Production:
Lead the design, production and optimization of all digital marketing materials, including:
Website assets: Landing pages, blog posts, hero images, banners and interactive elements
Advertising: High-performing display ads, social media and retargeting campaigns
Email marketing: Templates, graphics and visual elements for email campaigns
Physical assets: Sales one-sheets, collateral, banners, and conference materials
Presentations: Visually compelling slides for webinars, sales presentations and corporate use
Brand Oversight:
Work closely with the VP to steward the brand and visual identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints.
Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to translate strategic goals and technical AI concepts into clear, beautiful and effective designs.
Creative Ideation:
Contribute actively to the ideation and discussion of all creative concepts and campaign strategies.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
Execute incremental creative changes to optimize conversion.
Video and Motion Graphics:
Develop animated or video creative to enhance user engagement and storytelling of the product.
Qualifications / Skills
Detail-oriented with flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Passion for digital design and AI.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and WordPress.
Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, basic HTML/CSS, and UX/UI.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and receive feedback.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
5-7 years of proven experience as a Digital Designer.
Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing design, visual hierarchy, and user-centric principles, including motion graphics.
Foundational design knowledge: visual hierarchy, typography, composition, color theory.
Experience designing for a variety of mediums (print & digital).
Embedded within the tech industry preferred.
