We're looking for a Motion Designer to elevate our visual storytelling across product, marketing, and growth campaigns. This is a chance to shape Beem's video and motion ecosystem for millions of users, creating content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand. As a Motion Designer at Beem, you will conceptualise, design, and execute motion graphics for multiple channels, including app features, marketing campaigns, and social media. You'll be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from ideation and storyboarding to final delivery. You'll also ensure motion assets reflect Beem's brand identity, tone, and platform-specific best practices. We're looking for someone who combines creativity, technical mastery, and product intuition, with a flair for digital storytelling in a fast-paced fintech environment. Responsibilities:

Design and produce motion graphics and animations for video ads, explainer videos, social media posts, micro animations, Lottie files, and in-app motion assets. Develop motion designs optimised for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website platforms, aligned with trends and platform best practices. Maintain consistency in visual style and brand voice across all video and motion content. Translate concepts from ideation to execution, including brainstorming, sketching, storyboarding, and presenting initial concepts. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand campaign objectives, user journeys, and feature goals. Research competitor campaigns and emerging motion design trends in the fintech space to continuously elevate Beem's visual content. Deliver high-quality visuals on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to Beem's creative standards. Integrate AI tools and automation into the motion design workflow to improve efficiency. Apply basic sound design, colour grading, and post-production techniques to enhance the quality of motion assets. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years as a Motion Designer, preferably in product-focused or B2C digital environments. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animations, and video editing across multiple formats. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, and other video editing/animation tools. Working knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unity) is preferred. Understanding of video production processes, including sound design and colour grading. Ability to integrate AI tools for concepting, ideation, or workflow automation. Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams. Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual quality and brand consistency under tight deadlines. Creative problem-solving and storytelling mindset to translate product features into engaging motion experiences.
