Overview A leading global medical device manufacturer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

HR Coordinator

to join their Human Resources team in Maple Grove, MN. This role provides comprehensive administrative and HR support, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations within the HR function. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to build a long-term career in human resources.

Job Purpose The HR Coordinator will provide complex administrative support to department leaders and team members. The position requires independent judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and preparing correspondence.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information on HR‑related matters with professionalism and discretion.

Answer complex functional questions that may require research, follow‑up, and coordination across teams.

Support HR projects and initiatives by organizing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress toward key deadlines.

Draft and edit communications, memos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and proper tone.

Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, maintaining data privacy at all times.

Anticipate upcoming needs, plan work schedules effectively, and help coordinate cross‑functional priorities.

Maintain compliance with all quality and HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Administrative or clerical experience

required; HR or onboarding support experience preferred

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to managing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor in all interactions

Ability to travel locally to

Arbor Lakes and Minnetonka

as needed

Passion for HR and interest in developing a long‑term career in the field

Hybrid:

3 days onsite weekly in Maple Grove, MN (may occasionally require 4)

Pay Rate:

Up to $21/hour (cannot exceed this rate)

Contract Duration:

December 2025 – November 2026

Potential:

May convert to full‑time employment based on performance and budget availability
