Identity Access Management Analyst
Location:
Vienna, Virginia (hybrid role, must be local)
Duration:
Initial 6 months contract with extensions
Compensation:
$41.00–$64.00 / hour
Work Requirements:
US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in US
Responsibilities
Experience in Identity Management.
User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning.
Hands‑on experience with an IGA system (e.g., Saviynt IGA, SailPoint).
Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong Customer Service skills, preferably with direct interaction with various levels of personnel, including mid‑level and executive leadership.
Strong Analytical and Research skills: review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes, work with teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining.
Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining.
Preferred Qualifications
RBAC Experience (Role‑Based Access Control).
Strong Automation skills (e.g., PowerShell scripting, PEGA, other scripting products).
Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience.
Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience.
Remote Access Management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).
Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g., MS Power BI).
Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system.
