Front Desk Coordinator Performance & Recovery Labs (PR Labs) is a collaborative sports medicine and athletic recovery practice based in central Boulder. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable part‑time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Greet patients, staff, and visitors promptly and professionally, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to a seat while notifying the appropriate practitioner.

Check patients in and out, rebook appointments, and collect payment on balances due at the time of the visit.

Answer telephone calls, text messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Schedule appointments via the phone or in person, matching therapist/clinician availability with patient preferences using the scheduling software.

Communicate with clinicians and staff regarding patient concerns or scheduling issues.

Maintain the reception, patient waiting areas, and break room clean, organized, and tidy.

Follow all HIPAA, safety, and security policies; safeguard keyless entry codes and computer system passwords in strict confidentiality. Complete the online HIPAA certification course upon hiring.

Provide customer service using established principles and techniques to address patients calmly and pleasantly.

Manage office supply needs and communicate these to the owner.

Perform general cleaning duties, including: collect and dispose of trash, vacuum lobby, gym space, walkways and open offices; tidy the Recovery Lab, empty trash, wipe down sauna doors and shower fixtures; wash cups or dishes in the break room and keep the kitchen tidy.

Requirements

Proficiency with scheduling and merchant processing systems, including booking appointments and collecting payments at the front desk.

Ability to use desk phones to communicate with clients and staff.

Capacity to anticipate office needs and manage tasks independently.

Warm, welcoming attitude and willingness to assist with miscellaneous duties.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients and coworkers.

Consistency in work schedule, with more than half of the scheduled hours per week/month performed.

What We Offer

$18 per hour starting pay, with potential raise after 90 days.

Pay raises commensurate with performance, attendance, and attitude.

Usage of Recovery Lab after hours and gym equipment/space at no cost when not occupied by personal trainers / PTs.

Discount on services (massage at 35% off) and additional practitioner discounts.

Part‑Time Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 8 am–4 pm (8 hrs each day) Thursday: 1 pm–7 pm (6 hrs) Friday: 8 am–1 pm (5 hrs) Approximately 27 hours per week
