A private principal based in Brentwood, Los Angeles, is seeking a highly capable and dedicated Executive/Personal Assistant to serve as his right hand across both professional and personal matters. This is an all-encompassing role that requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs. The principal’s business and personal life are deeply intertwined, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, informal, and dynamic environment, managing everything from household logistics to event coordination.

Responsibilities:
Act as the day-to‑day gatekeeper and organizational hub for the principal, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements, often shifting between personal and professional commitments
Handle household management, including vendor coordination, errands, cars, pets, and general organization
Oversee invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking with precision
Provide support for events and projects involving industry partners
Maintain discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive matters
Be available for travel when needed
Requirements:
Highly organized, positive, and diligent, with a strong ability to prioritize
Thrives in a hands‑on support role, taking pride in being part of the principal’s personal and professional world
Comfortable in both formal and casual settings — from high‑profile events to informal at‑home days
Thick‑skinned, resilient, and professional, able to set boundaries and adapt to shifting moods or priorities
Naturally proactive: capable of anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and “just getting things done”
Flexible with schedule - some days may be light, others heavy; not a standard 9‑to‑5 role
Willing to travel occasionally, with opportunities to accompany the principal to major events and international destinations
Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week (in‑residence), flexibility required with some travel
Compensation:
$90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, healthcare coverage
