Essential Functions

Seamlessly manage daily events, logistics, and coordination, proactively anticipating the principal's needs.

Meticulously manage the principal’s and family calendars, preemptively resolving scheduling conflicts.

Oversee all appointments, prioritizing and ensuring responsiveness.

Facilitate comprehensive travel arrangements with foresight and precision.

Act as the principal conduit between the Family Office and household staff, preemptively addressing needs.

Plan and execute events, anticipating the principal's vision and guests' needs.

Conduct thoughtful purchasing and gift selection, aligning with the principal's preferences.

Offer informed fashion advice and styling, catering to the principal's aesthetic and event requirements.

Maintain impeccable household organization, proactively managing assets.

Provide leadership and direction to house staff, ensuring high standards are met.

Screen communications and manage follow-ups efficiently.

Drive personal and professional projects with a proactive approach.

Execute personal errands with discretion and efficiency, staying ahead of the principal's needs.

Qualifications
