Lead or assist with age‑appropriate activities that promote early learning and discovery. Build trusting, positive relationships with families and caregivers. Collaborate with your team to foster a joyful, organized, and engaging classroom. The benefits of joining our ‘ohana: Pay: $15–$16.50 for entry‑level aides, $17–$22 for qualified caregivers. Who we’re looking for: Infant/Toddler Caregivers: High school diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and Infant/Toddler Training (we can provide the required training). Aides: No experience required—just a love for little ones and a willingness to learn. Patient, nurturing individuals who are passionate about early childhood development. Locations & Schedule: Lahaina Infant Toddler Program – Full‑time, 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional preschool opportunities available across Maui (Kihei and Kahului).
