Concierge II (The Seasons)

Compensation:
$25/hour + $4000 sign‑on bonus first year ($1000 per quarter)
Schedule:
Full‑time, varied shifts including evenings and weekends
About The Role Step into a role where luxury meets excellence. As Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of our upscale residential community, offering personalized service, anticipating resident needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication of our brand. You will deliver seamless support and elevate daily living for our residents and guests while managing the details that keep our front desk running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Serve as the central communication point for resident inquiries and assistance requests
Manage package deliveries, shipping, and package room organization
Coordinate elevator reservations and after‑hours move‑ins
Handle lockouts, key tracking, and visitor access per community policy
Assist with vendor check‑ins, deliveries, and service coordination
Monitor security cameras and promptly elevate safety or policy concerns
Perform building opening and closing procedures, including unlocking/locking designated entry points and securing leasing offices after hours
Respond to and document after‑hours escalations, directing issues to the proper channels (e.g., emergency maintenance, leasing, management)
Oversee guest suite check‑ins and check‑outs
Manage guest parking reservations and monitor usage
Maintain coffee stations — cleaning, restocking, and ensuring presentation standards
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of daily activities
Monitor and maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby environment
Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and resident services teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
What You Bring
1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury residential settings
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A polished, professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
High ethical standards and sound judgment
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
A commitment to delivering excellent service and teamwork
Familiarity with Yardi, Building Link, or similar platforms is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a seated position – 20% of work time
Ability to speak and hear clearly – 90% of work time
Ability to lift office products and supplies up to 20 lbs. – 65% of work time
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach – 90% of work time
Dexterity to write and manipulate computer keyboard and mouse – 75% of work time
