Property Manager

to lead one of our luxury multifamily communities, combining operational excellence with a strong focus on resident experience and team culture. As the leader of your community, you’ll be the face of ownership, responsible for financial success, resident satisfaction, and building a strong, engaged culture for both residents and team members. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations to ensure your community runs smoothly and reflects the highest standards. Drive financial performance through rent growth, occupancy, collections, and smart expense management. Build lasting resident relationships through proactive communication, service, and community programs. Partner with maintenance and vendor teams to deliver top-quality living environments. Inspire, coach, and develop your team to create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of property management or related leadership experience Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws & compliance Proven ability to deliver financial performance while keeping residents at the heart of decision-making. Skilled in budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis. Proficiency in

or similar property management software A natural leader with excellent communication and team development skills. A customer-first mindset with proven ability to lead a team Why Broe? Competitive salary with average salary of $102,500 per year based on experience + 15% annual bonus opportunity

Exact salary is determined within the stated range by merit; seniority; production rate and/or quality; geographic location; education, training, and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities; or travel required by the position.
