Typical Day As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will delight clients and build strong relationships that grow each year. Your focus is on wowing clients today and laying the foundation for future interactions.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner

Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs

Schedule clients according to their preferences

Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone or virtually

Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations

Sales/marketing experience (preferred)

Skills

Experience working in a fast‑paced environment

Previous customer service experience

Ability to multi‑task

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office

Hiring Information Pay Range: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour (local minimum wage laws apply). Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans. Pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance and geographic location. Local minimum wage laws apply.
