Your Work Environment As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to CELINE standards. You will get to know clients' needs, guide them across all product categories, and serve as a role model for the team. You will proactively support store management in establishing a client‑centric mentality.
Your Impact
Achieve individual and team sales objectives, and support the team in their sales.
Welcome every client and enhance their experience, advising across the brand and all product categories.
Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, using available tools to develop existing and recruit new clients and build long‑term relationships.
Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
Perform as a team‑player, participating in all activities that contribute to the store’s objectives.
Respect CELINE brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour.
Assist management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring or a buddy system and integrating newcomers.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed.
Additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after‑sales support, depending on specific store needs.
Keys for Success Education Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
Computer literate; ability to learn and use various software packages.
Competencies
Action‑oriented; results driven.
Strong client service orientation.
Social perceptiveness.
Problem‑solver.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from $24–$27 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
