Position Overview This role is for a Marketing Manager IV at a client in Plano, TX. The client’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) delivers a portfolio of solutions that help small businesses, from invoicing to payroll and payments. Within the QuickBooks team, the Workforce Solutions (WFS) team provides payroll and HR solutions. The Staff Product Marketing Manager, WFS Sales will operationalize sales goals for the QuickBooks portfolio, acting as the primary product marketing point of contact for the sales teams.
Success Metrics
Operationalize annual targets for customer and revenue growth in the sales channel for the QuickBooks portfolio of Workforce Solutions (Online Payroll, Human Capital Management).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, product and customer success to align value proposition, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer experience for the QuickBooks portfolio.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to execute go‑to‑market plans in the sales channel, including awareness, product launches, pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Develop clear and concise collateral to help sales teams communicate product benefits to customers; ensure quality and consistency of the full portfolio of sales enablement materials.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed.
Relevant education and/or training is a plus.
