About the Role As a

Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing multiple wireless or telecommunications infrastructure projects from inception through close-out. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of assigned projects — from kickoff, contracting, and design through permitting, construction, optimization, and close-out.

Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (engineering, permitting, construction, operations, etc.) and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead regular internal and external project meetings, providing clear project updates and identifying potential risks or issues early.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.

Track project progress in internal systems with complete and up-to-date data.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and close‑out packages per company and customer standards.

Prepare and present detailed project status reports to customers and management.

Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate schedule delays, budget risks, or scope changes.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Valid driver’s license required.

PMP Certification

preferred.

Experience & Requirements

3–5 years

of project management experience in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, or a related field.

Experience managing project budgets and financial metrics.

Customer‑facing project management experience required.

Experience working with right‑of‑way (ROW), permitting, or construction projects preferred.
