About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Project Manager
with experience in
cell tower construction and telecommunications infrastructure . The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of wireless construction projects—from site acquisition and permitting to construction, closeout, and client handoff. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple cell tower construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and control costs.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Oversee site acquisition, permitting, material procurement, and construction scheduling.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements.
Lead and mentor field teams, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
Manage change orders, risk assessments, and project documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and transparency.
Prepare and present regular project updates and financial reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years
of experience managing wireless infrastructure or tower construction projects.
Strong understanding of tower erection, civil construction, electrical, and telecom installation.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
OSHA certification and/or PMP certification.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
