Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading U.S.-based precious metals organization

to identify a

Digital Marketing Lead – Search & Social

who will drive paid and organic growth across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

This position is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to translate insights into high-impact campaigns. The role oversees end-to-end digital performance across search and social, collaborating with internal production and creative teams to ensure every campaign strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and fuels measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns across major platforms (Google/Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest).

Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to extract actionable insights that improve creative, targeting, and conversion.

Monitor day-to-day social media activity, trends, and audience engagement.

Partner with internal production, creative, and media teams to ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Collaborate with agency and vendor partners to manage budgets, reporting, and deliverables.

Build and maintain monthly activity and performance reports summarizing KPIs and learnings.

Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance visibility, lead generation, and content reach.

Qualifications & Skills

6+ years of experience managing customer-facing digital campaigns in search and social channels.

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Journalism, or related field.

Proven success in campaign setup, management, and measurement across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, Hootsuite, and similar tools.

Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to guide creative and copy decisions.

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams or agency partners.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

A proactive leader who can adapt strategies quickly in response to market changes.
