Job Summary Didit is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Search Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, optimizing paid search campaigns, and delivering measurable results across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
Develop customized Paid Search Strategies aligned with each client’s goals, industry and budget
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and implement audience targeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets and targeting to improve ROI
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients on a regular basis
Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of hands‑on Paid Search experience in‑house or agency environment
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
Client‑facing experience, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Google Ads Certification (preferred)
Your Background
Experience with eCommerce, B2B, SEO, and paid social platforms
Proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of SEO and how it complements Paid Search
Experience working with reporting tools/platforms like Looker or Search 360
Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven, collaborative agency environment
Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Tik Tok Ads)
