Serino Coyne LLC, a division of Omnicom Group Inc., a leading global communications company, is a dynamic mid-sized full-service Advertising and Marketing Agency, specializing in theatre and entertainment-related accounts.
We are seeking a mid-senior level, Senior Digital Media Planner/Buyer to support the Media department with day-to-day digital media campaign management and strategy across paid search, paid social, display, digital audio, and digital video for a variety of entertainment-based accounts. Work will span across strategy, planning, negotiating, buying, tracking, reporting, optimizing, and billing. Managing client communications with the Account Management team. Managing assistant media planner/buyers.
This is a full-time, regular, benefits-eligible position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategize and create innovative and impactful digital media plans for clients in collaboration with account services teams
Ensure campaigns are continuously optimized and running efficiently
Provide insights for weekly or biweekly client reports
Manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads with help of assistant planners
Devise paid social strategy and implement in partnership with social teams and assistant planners
Communicate with clients in an effective manner via email and in person
Present media plans, digital media reports, and any industry information to clients and account teams
Liaise and build relationships with current and new media outlets and ensure the agency has competitive rates and ad placements
Provide internal teams with new and innovative online media opportunities on an ongoing basis
Represent agency in a professional manner to all external media partners
Ensure accurate client billing and vendor payments
Functional knowledge of the online trafficking process through CM360
Functional knowledge of all online and offline media forms.
Work with Associate Director and team members to ensure steady workflow and deliverables
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, with a bachelor's degree or higher
Expertise in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads - additional paid social platforms a plus
Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to find and tell stories from paid media results
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build positive working relationships
Ability to manage client communications
Experience managing 1-2 junior-level employees
Excellent written/verbal communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and be nimbleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Interest in performing arts and live entertainment a plus
