About the Opportunity
Dimension National Title, in partnership with Senerchia & Senerchia P.C., is seeking a motivated Paralegal to support a growing real estate closing practice. This role is primarily focused on
residential and commercial real estate transactions , with the chance to broaden experience into probate filings and estate-planning matters.
We handle local Rhode Island/Massachusetts deals along with
national title work and multistate closings , offering strong exposure and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from intake through post-closing
Prepare HUD-1 and ALTA settlement statements , deeds, notes, mortgages, and closing packages
Communicate with lenders, realtors, buyers, sellers, and internal staff to collect documentation and schedule closings
Request and track payoffs, municipal lien certificates, tax information, insurance documentation, and HOA statements
Prepare recording packages and manage post-closing follow-up
Maintain organized digital files, checklists, and closing calendars
Provide professional and responsive communication with clients and third-party partners
Bonus Experience (Not Required but Valued)
Probate filings (petitions, inventories, creditor notices, accountings)
Estate-planning document preparation (wills, POAs, trust certificates, etc.)
Experience using Qualia or similar closing/title software
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of real estate closing, title, lending, or legal experience
Strong communication and client-service skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines accurately
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Qualia experience is helpful but not required
Notary Public or willingness to obtain one

$22–$30 per hour , depending on experience
