Basic Employee Responsibilities Every employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner
The Branch Administrator is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, purchasing requests, facilities, and developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment and providing general administrative support for the branch location. The position will also handle entering pump sheet tickets, vendor purchase order receipts, transfer orders and third-party billing platform management for the branch location or multiple branch locations.
Position Specific Responsibilities
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communication, both internally and externally, to maintain a professional image.
Provide general administrative support for the entire branch location.
Enter and process pump sheet tickets, transfers, repair tickets, processes orders, and create purchase orders for the branch or multiple branch locations.
Enter and manage branch invoices into 3rd party billing platforms.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Supervise the maintenance of office equipment, including copiers, fax machine, etc.
Receive and communicate customer orders via phone, email, text or in person.
Other duties assigned by branch manager as required.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Employment verification
High school diploma or equivalent
Drug and alcohol test
Criminal background check
Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
Must be age 21 or older to drive company vehicle
Extensive computer skills; specifically, Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook.
Written and verbal skills
Must be able to multi-task and simultaneously manage numerous objectives
Ability to work in a high pace, evolving work environment
Minimum 1 year administrative/customer service experience
