LHH is seeking an Office Administrator for a facilities company in Cumming, GA. This position will support the office as the welcoming face for employees and visitors. This role supports a dynamic environment across Technical Solutions, HVAC Mechanical, Marketing, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk
Greet and assist visitors, offering refreshments and directing them to staff or meeting rooms.
Manage the front desk phone: answer, screen, and forward calls; provide information; take messages; and schedule appointments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area in partnership with janitorial staff.
Support office and executive teams with administrative tasks and special projects.
Access property management portals to report office issues and coordinate building badges.
Assist with building activities and vendor coordination (floral, plant maintenance, food/beverage, security, recycling).
Manage conference room bookings and catering for meetings/events.
Ensure sanitizer, wipes, and masks are stocked in common areas.
Monitor pantry supplies and equipment; order and maintain inventory.
Keep café and wellness spaces clean and organized.
Support social events and holiday decorations.
Manage wellness room usage and supplies.
Mailroom & Copy Room
Receive and deliver mail; log packages and process deliveries.
Notify remote staff of mail and coordinate delivery or scanning.
Monitor and maintain printers/copiers; order office supplies.
Administrative Support
Maintain office nameplates, internal directories, and business cards.
Draft and proofread memos, correspondence, and reports.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in front desk, administrative, or mailroom roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication, dependability, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Exceptional customer service attitude
Highly polished, professional demeanor and strong representation of company values
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Contract with a possibility of hire
Start Date: ASAP, pending basic background check
