LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Property Accountant for our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Preparing and posting monthly journal entries related to lease income, expenses, and adjustments
Maintaining accurate lease records and schedules, including rent rolls, leasing commissions, and tenant reconciliations
Performing month end close for assigned portfolio
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assisting in the preparation of budgets
Processing CAM reconciliations
Supporting internal and external audits by providing lease documentation and financial data
Experience One to two years of commercial property / full cycle accounting experience required
Skills / Knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel-VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software / ERP system (e.g., Yardi strongly preferred) knowledge required
Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Work Hours / Salary Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$50-55K
