Recruitment Assistant

Overview Join one of the world’s leading investment firms as a Recruitment Assistant supporting a high-performing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin building your HR and recruiting career in a fast-paced, professional, and intellectually driven environment. You’ll provide critical administrative and coordination support throughout the hiring process while gaining exposure to multiple business areas and stakeholders across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiters throughout the full recruiting cycle by assisting with scheduling, communication, and candidate management.
Coordinate interviews across time zones — including phone, video, and on-site meetings — while maintaining a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate data, documentation, and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with candidates, external partners, and internal business leaders to ensure all logistics and follow-ups are handled promptly.
Track feedback, organize interview notes, and help recruiters identify next steps in the process.
Assist with preparing offer documentation and supporting pre‑onboarding logistics.
Participate in recruiting and HR projects such as process documentation, reporting, and survey coordination.
Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the broader HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Qualifications
Previous internship or professional experience in a corporate environment; HR or recruiting exposure preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other office applications; experience managing meeting requests or shared calendars is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and client‑service mindset.
