Co‑prosperity Role And Responsibilities

Own the marketing measurement framework, ensuring consistent and accurate performance tracking across paid channels and progression to CVR. Develop roadmap for incrementality testing, match market tests for lift studies and demand forecasting methodologies. Establish and track KPIs tied to efficiency (CAC, ROAS), customer value (LTV), and business outcomes. Drive adoption of analytics frameworks across teams to ensure alignment and accountability of marketing, category and agency teams. Partner with media and campaign leads to optimize targeting, creative, and budget allocations based on performance data. Provide forecasting and scenario planning to inform annual planning and in‑flight pivots. Collaborate with product, finance, and strategy teams to connect marketing performance to overall business results. Partner with E‑Commerce, Paid Media and Performance Marketing teams to analyze business issues, create alignment cross‑campaign results and future plans. Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, influencing strategy through evidence‑based recommendations. Serve as the point person for executive presentations and performance reviews. Skills And Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, with performance and media measurement, with increasing responsibility. 8–10 years of SQL expertise and granular data analysis with strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, MMM, attribution models and building incrementality and match market testing. Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business strategy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Benefits
