Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement category strategies from beginning to end of product lifecycle to increase sales and market share of TWS headphones in national retailers and carriers.
Design and execute channel‑specific strategies to optimize product distribution and penetration in retail and carrier channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and carrier partners to ensure alignment with business goals, including negotiation of agreements for promotional activities, merchandising space allocation, and pricing strategies.
Develop and lead the Quarterly Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) plans for national retail accounts to ensure alignment with sales objectives and operational efficiency.
Monitor category and channel performance metrics (e.g., sales, inventory turnover, market share) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
Own the Retail P&L for multiple accounts; develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvement.
Oversee category and channel investment budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline and 8+ years of experience in progressive marketing or product management/marketing.
7+ years of experience in large channel/account management.
5+ years managing product assortment.
Solid knowledge of retail distribution channels.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
Strong communication skills, both written (PPT presentations) and oral.
The ability to work independently or in a team environment to achieve project goals within established time frames.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA degree or Master’s degree in technology/engineering preferred and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) highly desired.
