Job Summary Medical Housekeeping/Cleaner – Monday to Friday 5:30 PM‑8:45 PM (16 hours per week).
Location : Cape May Court House, NJ.
Pay : $17.00/hr.

We offer comprehensive environmental services and janitorial solutions for commercial settings. Our project services include ceramic, stone, carpet, and hard‑floor care.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform janitorial work to ensure cleanliness of all areas, including removing litter from public areas and emptying trash.
Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum all floors daily.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies.
Complete reports or logs as required.
Report equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Clean, detail, and refill supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed, including common areas and offices.
Collect trash and recyclables, transport to dumpsters, and dispose appropriately.
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow spoken and written instructions.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Physical ability to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and move heavy equipment up to 20 lbs frequently.
Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders regularly.
Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
Ability to multi‑task, perform well under pressure, and handle repetitive tasks.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in English (Spanish a plus).
Required upon Hiring
Physical assessment.
PPD (TB) test.
Blood draw to check antibodies for measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, and hepatitis B.
Pre‑employment medical training.
COVID vaccination required.
