We are seeking an exceptional "Executive Assistant" to provide first‑class, white‑glove support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional with five+ years of experience supporting C‑Suite stakeholders, expertly managing calendars, handling communications, managing business travels, and anticipating the needs of high‑level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full calendar management for one or more senior executives, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritising engagements to optimise executive time and strategic impact.

Prepare and support executives for meetings – including drafting agendas, compiling briefing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring flawless meeting execution.

Act as a key liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails and document requests on the executive’s behalf, and maintaining a consistently professional tone.

Draft and proofread slides, meeting notes, reports, correspondence, and other executive‑level documentation with precision and discretion.

Maintain a proactive, detail‑oriented approach: anticipate and follow up on action items, ensure tasks are completed, and sustain a high level of reliability and trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Minimum of

5 years

of senior‑level administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C‑Suite executives.

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – with the ability to quickly learn additional tools or platforms as needed.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinate complex administrative logistics and deliver flawless execution.

Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a disciplined follow‑through mindset.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – articulate, polished, professional.

Ability to operate with utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with high expectations and evolving priorities.
