Responsibilities
Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe potential safety and security risks.
Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
