Senior Financial Systems Consolidations Analyst

CooperDouglas is partnering with a well-established, publicly traded company in identifying a Senior Financial Systems Consolidations Analyst to support and enhance the organization's global consolidation, reporting, and financial systems environment. This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, FP&A, and IT, and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data across all business entities. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded finance professional with a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical capability, and hands-on experience managing consolidation and OneStream.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial systems integrations, including data mapping, validation, and user acceptance testing between Epicor P21 and the company's OneStream consolidation and reporting environments. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial systems, workflows, and internal controls to ensure clarity and audit readiness. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to integrate newly acquired entities, ensuring accurate data migration and alignment with existing financial structures. Design and automate data collection forms and reporting processes to enhance visibility into capital expenditures, cash flow, and consolidated rollforwards. Create and maintain standardized reporting packages and datasets (including capex and benefits reporting) that ensure data consistency and reliability across systems. Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting leadership to advance reporting capabilities through BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, expanding real-time insight into key financial metrics. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, supporting system upgrades, testing, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements to core financial platforms. Maintain detailed process documentation and data flow diagrams, contributing to continuous improvement and best practices in financial data management. Identify and implement automation opportunities that eliminate manual effort and improve the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated reporting. Support the company's internal control framework, ensuring proper data governance, system access, and reporting accuracy across all financial systems. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial systems, consolidations, or financial reporting roles Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion/HFM, or Oracle FCCS Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, intercompany eliminations, and foreign-currency translation Background integrating ERP data into consolidation/reporting tools (Epicor experience preferred) Experience supporting acquisitions and onboarding new entities into a consolidated environment Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, models) Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with SQL, data automation, or scripting tools a plus Experience within manufacturing or distribution a huge plus
Compensation up to $140,000 + bonus
