Job Overview Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for providing customer service in our store pharmacies.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and reliable customer service for prescription and over‑the‑counter transactions.
Assist customers with medication queries and product recommendations.
Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately according to pharmacy standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Basic math and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mid‑shift and closing times.
