Production Manager
to lead operations at one of its high-tech, historically successful, and safety-focused facilities. Those looking to fill the role should have a wealth of knowledge specializing in fluid milk, pasteurization,and cutting-edge dairy packaging solutions, and we're looking for a driven professional to help us continue setting industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations with a focus on fluid milk processing and packaging. Lead and mentor production teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor pasteurization systems and packaging lines to ensure optimal performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Clean-in-Place systems, and sanitation protocols using data and technology. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in dairy manufacturing, ideally with a focus on fluid milk. Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of pasteurisation and dairy packaging systems. Proven leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Experience working in a high-tech production environment is a plus.
