Responsibilities
The role is within the HR Functional area and is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions in Workday, collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability.
Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, Dashboards, Discovery Boards). Develop and support analytics datasets and reports using Workday Prism Analytics. Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define report specifications, and ensure data accuracy. Consult with HR business partners regarding system reports, integrations, and technology implementations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements; provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting best practices; partner with functional teams to support reporting needs during system upgrades, implementations, or module rollouts.
Workday implementation would be an added advantage; Certification in HR Workday preferred; strong understanding of the Workday data model and business objects; practical experience in Workday reporting, HR data migration, and/or integrations.
Must Have Skills
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools
Strong understanding of the Workday data model and business objects
Certification in Workday(HR) preferred
Workday implementation would be an added advantage
