Server (Seasonal) – Shore House Bistro
Hotel del Coronado – A Curio Collection by Hilton

We are looking for a Server to join the team at the iconic Hotel del Coronado, which recently completed a $400M renovation and expansion. The resort offers a range of dining venues including restaurants, bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in‑room dining.
Location Hotel del Coronado, 1500 Orange Avenue, Coronado, CA 92118.
Shift & Pay Shift:
Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour, plus adjustments for applicable experience and location.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
Take food and beverage orders and input them into the point‑of‑sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Keep the serving station well‑stocked at all times.
