1st Shift Production Associate Location: Dallas,NC Pay: $17–$18 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Summary: As a 1st Shift Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by accurately mixing liquid chemicals with powdered pigments, preparing and packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure all products meet company standards. Key Responsibilities: Measure, weigh, and mix liquid chemicals and powdered pigments according to established formulations.
Take production samples to the Quality Control department for testing and verification.
Package finished products safely and accurately, labeling materials according to company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed records of batch processes, materials used, and production data.
Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the production area organized and free of hazards.
Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and chemical handling procedures.
Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or chemical production experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Willingness to learn and follow detailed mixing and production instructions.
