Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, including phones, mail, filing, and general correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for project teams and leadership.
Prepare and proofread memos, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
Maintain and update internal databases, digital files, and documentation systems.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
Support HR or project management staff with onboarding documents, time tracking, and schedules.
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.
Perform other administrative duties to support company operations as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction or operations environment.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness skills.
A punctual team player with a professional demeanor.
Competitive hourly wage: $50,000–$75,000/year based on experience
