We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and product or service information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous outbound calling or sales experience is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 - 42.0 per week
