We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide high-level administrative support to our department leadership. You’ll handle scheduling, budget tracking, document preparation, and coordination of meetings, while ensuring a smooth flow of communication and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact between leadership and staff.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel.
- Draft and edit flyers, announcements, letters, and reports.
- Screen calls, manage mail, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Prepare purchase orders, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Maintain files, track licenses, and assist with payroll processes.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of administrative or medical office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level).
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
- Education: Associate’s degree or HS/GED + 2 years of experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
