Sr. Data Analyst (ETL, Data Warehousing)

Job Summary

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL data pipelines, data warehousing structures, and automated workflows using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and related tools. The role requires strong collaboration with ETL architects and business teams, analytical expertise, and hands‑on experience in data engineering and processing.

Top Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Assist in ETL architecture design, planning, and automation.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues, analyze data flow defects, and propose solutions.
• Build idempotent ETL processes ensuring reruns without data loss or duplication.
• Create and manage Snowflake Virtual Warehouses, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, etc.
• Optimize data movement, storage, and query performance.
• Execute data validation, testing, debugging, and root‑cause analysis.
• Document ETL design, test cases, and deployment handover for CI/CD.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional data engineering and business teams.

• Data Engineering & Data Warehousing – 5+ Years
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development – 2+ Years
• ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, ADF, etc.) – 5+ Years
• Relational Databases (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server) – 5+ Years
• Stored Procedures – PL/SQL, T‑SQL, Snowflake SQL – 3+ Years
• GitHub / SVN / Source Control – 2+ Years
• Structured & Unstructured Data Processing – 2+ Years
• HL7 / FHIR Healthcare Data Standards – (experience level unspecified)
• Requirements Analysis & ETL Specification Creation – 3+ Years
