Sr. Data Analyst (ETL, Data Warehousing) Location: Minneapolis, MN (PO BOX 9472) – 100% Remote but candidate must reside locally.

Job Summary The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL data pipelines, data warehousing structures, and automated workflows using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and related tools. The role requires strong collaboration with ETL architects and business teams, analytical expertise, and hands‑on experience in data engineering and processing.
Top Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and support ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
Assist in ETL architecture design, planning, and automation.
Troubleshoot pipeline issues, analyze data flow defects, and propose solutions.
Build idempotent ETL processes ensuring reruns without data loss or duplication.
Create and manage Snowflake Virtual Warehouses, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, etc.
Optimize data movement, storage, and query performance.
Execute data validation, testing, debugging, and root‑cause analysis.
Document ETL design, test cases, and deployment handover for CI/CD.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional data engineering and business teams.
Required Skills
Data Engineering & Data Warehousing – 5+ Years
Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development – 2+ Years
ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, ADF, etc.) – 5+ Years
Relational Databases (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server) – 5+ Years
Stored Procedures – PL/SQL, T‑SQL, Snowflake SQL – 3+ Years
GitHub / SVN / Source Control – 2+ Years
Structured & Unstructured Data Processing – 2+ Years
HL7 / FHIR Healthcare Data Standards – (experience level unspecified)
Requirements Analysis & ETL Specification Creation – 3+ Years
Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Analytics, etc.
