Technical Recruiter & Account Executive – IT Staffing

Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a well‑established IT staffing firm with multiple offices across Massachusetts, is expanding its Boston team with two key hires: a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, growing company that partners with clients across industries to fill roles such as software developers, project managers, cybersecurity specialists, and IT support professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Recruiter
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals.
    • Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver top‑tier candidates.
    • Manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement.
  • Account Executive
    • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the IT space.
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts.
    • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate hiring trends and workforce strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience and success in the staffing industry, specifically within a staffing agency, ideally with a focus in IT or technical recruiting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
  • Motivated by results, team success, and personal growth.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating and building long‑term relationships.
  • A self‑starter who thrives with autonomy but values teamwork.
