Work Environment

Hybrid model: three days in the office and two days from home. The New York location requires on‑site presence three days a week.

Role Description

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the coordinator will manage the candidate experience, ensuring an efficient recruiting process. Responsibilities include:

  • Screening applications, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, and coordinating internal debrief sessions.
  • Managing candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
  • Updating and maintaining recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials, and metrics.
  • Scheduling and maintaining training calendars, setting up training rooms, conducting surveys, analyzing results, and liaising with events and other internal teams to support junior talent development.
  • Prioritizing multiple, potentially competing, demands in a fast‑paced environment.

General Qualifications

  • Previous coordination experience; recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; prior experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of identifying next steps or areas of improvement.
  • Sense of urgency, responsiveness, and ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Start‑up experience is a plus.
  • A strong hunger to learn and advance within the Talent Acquisition industry.
  • U.S. work authorization required; FT Partners will not sponsor work visa applicants.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year, subject to market and individual factors. Compensation may include discretionary awards and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave).
