What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill niche positions effectively

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, providing data and insights

Conduct market research to source and engage top talent within the technology sector

Negotiate complex offers and develop competitive offer strategies to close candidates

Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and professional networking, to attract passive candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly

Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Self-driven and highly motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience recruiting in a rapid growth high-tech environment

Familiarity with Workday’s ATS

Success in engaging and attracting candidates for hard-to-find niche skill sets

Experience with headhunting tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter
