What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
Previous experience recruiting in a rapid growth high-tech environment
Familiarity with Workday’s ATS
