Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary with potential for temp-to-perm)

Location : NY, NY - Hudson Yards

Workplace:

Hybrid – In office Tues–Thurs

Annual Comp:

$70,000 - 75,000 (dependent on experience)

We’re partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire Talent Acquisition Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high‑performing Human Capital team with incredible long‑term growth potential.

About the Role As a TA Coordinator, you’ll serve as the key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process. You’ll handle complex scheduling logistics (typically around 6 interviews per day) and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Coordinators typically support one recruiter (two at most) and gain exposure to many facets of HR and recruiting operations. This is an ideal entry point into internal HR, recruiting, or talent operations within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.

Support onboarding logistics and administrative processes within the Human Capital function.

Maintain accuracy in scheduling tools and internal systems.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate experiences.

Provide ad‑hoc operational support to Human Capital initiatives.
